SCI Canada provides Managed IT specializing in cost certainty for all users. Our plan is simple, quick and cost efficient.
The $20 fix is a proactive solution. Become a member for only $50 and every covered problem is just $20 per incident. More than 90% of problems are covered with this per incident fee. All the timely, costly, productivity sapping events are covered, problems you would normally be spending hundreds of dollars or hours of work to try and fix yourself. A partial list is below:

What if my problem is not covered above?
If you are having an issue or need help for something that is not covered in the $20 fix then we charge a $35 fee to solve the problem. That's right, for $35 or less almost all your issues and computing requirements are covered.
What if I need extended help?
If you need help above and beyond the normal time we set aside for problems you will never be charged more then $80 per hour. However, please note that most items are covered in the $20 or $35 fix - over 95%! Typically, all the lengthyand costly issues are covered for just $20 and included as above.
What if I need additional Computing Services?
Your in luck, SCI Canada offers complete IT services that includes, consulting, custom programming and all inclusive packages. Our unlimited help desk service starts at just $25 per PC per month for small to medium sized business. We offer add on services to all products so you are completely covered. These include remote monitoring, backup services and PC tuneups to get you started on the right foot.

For larger organizations where significant spending has occurred on IT Infrastructure we replace or supplement your current IT Staff at half the current cost.
