Our core principals help guide us through all of our assignments. We believe these principals help our clients extract value and save money.
- Finding the Vital One Improvement
More often than not most businesses have a large laundry list of projects, ideas and general "things to do" that must be implemented. Most often these lists are prioritized sometimes they are even categorized into A, B and C items. The good companies recognize from this list that there are a few vital projects that will get the most benefit. The Old 80-20 Rule.
We believe there exists a Vital One. This Vital One initiative quite often accounts for most of the chaos in a company and is the foundation in which all other improvements must be built.
- Simplification
Many consulting firms support the company view that the processes must be overly complicated - "we are different" mentality. We believe that systems and processes morph over time into something entirely different then the original intent. Our back to basics approach helps us unravel this process and extract the value from your systems that you expect.
- Companies Purchase Solution not Software
We believe that our clients are looking to solve problems and be more efficient. The solution can be found in many different forms, from simple process improvements to more complex business models. We always strive to simplify, use process improvements and then use software tools to help institutionaliize the improvements. Our business is solving problems, not selling software.
- Value Based Consulting
We take the ride with you! We believe in taking an idea from conception, through implementation and sustainability. Sustaining the benefits of an implementation is often tougher than the implementation itself. When the high of the projection completion comes to an end and "little" issues creep into the improvement we are there to help you overcome them.
- We Practice Readiness!
It does not help to recommend improvement processes that the business is not capable of implementing or sustaining. We practice the "Readiness" factor in all of our assignments. The business must be ready and able to support and sustain the improvements. Readiness is the single most important element when evaluating potential solutions.
