This forecaster is based on industry standard information. It is updated as quickly as possible after new information is gathered. In order to accurately determine your current situation please take the time to put the information in the form accurately.

Note: When asked if PC's or Servers are over a certain age please keep in mind that this information is used to determine how much you are currently spending on hardware vs. your current productivity rate. For example, it is possible that newer PC's that were undersized or inadequately serviced would also be considered more than 3 years old. Keep this in mind when completing this form. As a side note, PC's older than 4 years old are 21 times more likely to have a hard drive crash!

There is an additional IT cost for workers working remotely. Support is generally more difficult as a variety of home based systems are being used. Problems are more frequent. VPN is required, etc.
