We begin with a discovery to fully understand your IT infrastructure, uncover any excessive risks of downtime, data loss or other cost inefficiencies and create a list of recommendation projects to address each item. Since IT does not operate in a vacuum we examine the phone to dock cycle of products and services to ensure you will be fully covered and well positioned for the future. Whether you need part-time IT support services on an as needed basis or you require full time on-site IT support, we have the team for you.
Our support group consists of a primary consultant and up to two other technical consultants on an as needed basis to fully support the IT infrastructure. Our support is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, an amenity that is just not possible with a single IT support person. We do not have breaks in service due to vacations, sick days, out of town weekend trips, or termination of employment.
