Pay-As-You-Go Plans
Don't think you fit into a IT-in-a-Box® solution, unsure of your support requirements or just don't want to pay the upfront $50 setup fee? Although we strongly encourage our customers to get on the $20 fix IT-in-a-Box® plan, some customers choose pay as you go. We offer the same $35 base fee on pay as you go plans up to the maximum $80 per hour rate. Keep in mind however, that without proactive support you will more then cover the initial $50 setup fee for the $20 per incident fix.
SCI Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) support offers either remote or on-site 'on demand' IT support charged at a simple hourly rate. Clients only pay for the time actually used supporting their systems. What's more, Pay-As-You-Go Support can also be used for any kind of IT issue or requirement, not just support, such as rolling out new systems or software or for assisting with reconfigurations or changes.

SCI Pay-As-You-Go IT support keeps things simple—you just pay for the time you use! Charged at a simple hourly (or daily) rate, Pay-As-You-Go support allows you to control all costs with unnecessary overheads. We can customize packages that fit every budget allowing you to save over traditional pay per use scenarios.
SCI Pay-As-You-Go support services provide flexible hours of cover—from normal office hours through to full 24x7—allowing customers to match the service to their business needs and the service offers a choice of remote-only or on-site-inclusive options, including access to the SCI Help Desk via telephone or email.
SCI Pay-As-You-Go support is ideal for clients requiring ad-hoc IT assistance and maintenance tasks including break/fix support, access to help desk services, system updates and security patching.
