The LoadIT module enhances order entry to make it much easier and more robust. LoadIT has many features you would only expect from a highly sophisticated and expensive ER
P system. The module integrates capacity checks to recommend a "promise date" to the customer. Capacity is not oversold thereby allowing you to maximize customer service.
LoadIT can be tightly integrated into leadiing ERP packages. The original ERP modules can still be used to review information if desired. Customized "Order Types" are defined during the implementation of the LoadIT module that allows the system to guide the user through the process of entering and maintaining orders. Click here for a summarized list of features.
The type of order determines which information is required as input. LoadIT guides the user through the input process by highlighting the next information that must be entered by the user. The original look and feel of the original ERP software is maintained in the design of all our modules. For example, partial filtering and selecting the filtering field is standard practice in all of our modules.
The modules are also integrated so they startup the same way as the other ERP modules. Our goal is to always make the user experience as seemless as possible.
Orders that are in progress are saved to a user queue so that the order can be completed at a later time. In progress orders have not yet been assigned a sales order or work order number but the basic information is stored so it does not have to be entered a second time if the process is interupted.

In Progress orders can be deleted or filtered so that all saved orders can be viewed, or just the orders for the current user. Uploaded orders will also be shown in the in progress pane above.

Orders can be uploaded from an external program instead of being reentered manually. It is all part of our "Enter once use many times" philosophy.
For example if orders are emailed on an excel spreadsheet or generated using an external vendor managed inventory program the information can be uploaded and confirmed and processed to completion in LoadIT.
LoadIT uses a proprietary algorithm to promise orders to your customers. The customer "wanted" date is entered and a "promised" date is calculated based on when the order can be produced and shipped to the customer. Our algorithm takes into account shipping times, prepress, finishing and packaging. Load is like a smart master schedule that ensures the plant is not over loaded with orders. LoadIT is responsible to make sure that the production side of the business is able to produce the order in time to meet the promise made to the customer. LoadIT sets the stage for a succesful on time order.

The module guides the user to the the date section of the report. The "Wanted Delivery" date is chosen in the date section. This is the date the customer wants it at their facility.
The module uses this date and attempts to "Back Schedule" the order and make sure it can be prepared, produced, finished, packaged and shipped to the customer for the date they requested. If the order can be produced on time the "Promised Date" would then match the "Requested Date".
If the order cannot be produced on time the module calculates the first available date in which the order can be produced without making other orders late and highligths the promised date.
If the customer deems the "Promised Ship" date to be unacceptable the order can be put through a review process that is kick started by flagging the order above.

Using the Date Review Dashboard the service manage or designated individual can review orders and modify dates as appropriate. Comments can be entered that are sent back to the customer service representative for communication with the customer.
