Scheduling - ExecuteIT
ExecuteIT is a Scheduling Module custom tailored for various ERP systems. It has been successfully integrated leading printing and converting software applications. For example, this module enhances the standard scheduling modules with true drag and drop functionality.ExecuteIT integrates seamlessly and works in concert with LoadIT. LoadIT allows the orders to be entered in a controlled manner, adhering to capacity and work schedules. ExecuteIT takes over for the sequencing of those orders. Work orders will automatically split over downtime periods and combine again as required. ExecuteIT also monitors the progress of orders throughout manufacturing to accurately update projected completion times.
Some additional features of ExecuteIT:

- Orders can be Split or Combined
- Freeze/Unfreeze feature allows orders to be scheduled to a specific time and day
- Downtime can be inserted into any point of the schedule
- Jobs can be marked as completed at any point
- Jobs can be assigned to an alternate press
- Colour Coded Jobs that display certain statuses such as late orders
- Job Durations can be adjusted to allow for efficiency changes
- Monitors material availability to ensure scheduled jobs have required material onhand
Setup of ExecuteIT is also a breeze. Although the Execute module is closely tied to LoadIT it has it's own maintenance screens for press availability. LoadIT only requires a macro representation of the available press hours. ExecuteIT requires more precisely defined times so the schedule reflects the estimated completion time of the orders.
Date Review Feedback
Orders that are in progress are saved to a user queue so that the order can be completed at a later time. In progress orders have not yet been assigned a sales order or work order number but the basic information is stored so it does not have to be entered a second time if the process is interupted.
LoadIT puts orders in date review mode. ExecuteIT allows the scheduler to review the orders and modify the dates if required. Once modified ExecuteIT automatically sends an email to the Customer Service Representative notifying them that the review cycle has been completed.
Graphical Representation of Schedule
A graphical view is available for the Scheduler as well as the CSR's. Gaps in the schedule can easily be seen, leadtimes, demand and downtime become readily visible.
